Follow Mark on the Launch of Adapt Expedition

Join Mark, our founder and director, as he embarks on an exciting journey with Adapt Expedition. Mark will be traveling in a vintage 4x4, equipped with a budget of $25,000 that covers the vehicle, fuel, and snacks.

Purpose of the Expedition

Mission Overview

The mission of this adventure is to launch the Non-Profit and our YouTube channel;Adapt-X. We aim to showcase the blue ribbon fly fishing opportunities for adaptive sportsmen in the Northwest. Mark will follow the Backcountry Discovery Route of Washington, Idaho, and Oregon, posting a 10-15 episodic series on YouTube.

Empowering Adaptive Sportsmen

This initiative seeks to empower individuals with disabilities by showcasing the various adaptive sports available to them, fostering a sense of community and inclusion. Through organized events, workshops, and hands-on experiences, participants will learn about different outdoor activities such as:

Fly Fishing
Overlanding with a disability
Drift Boats
Photography
E-biking

Resources and Guidance

Additionally, the program aims to provide resources and guidance on how to access adaptive equipment, By creating a supportive environment where adaptive sportsmen can connect with one another and share their stories, we hope to inspire a culture of resilience and perseverance.

Our adventure will include educational sessions led by Guides, Sportsman and Adaptive instructors.These role models will offer invaluable insights into:
